A Mediterranean treasure. Palma de Mallorca, the biggest of the Balearic Islands, has become in the latest years into one relevant tourist, commercial and financial point. Abacanto
The classical music played each evening is the ideal background music for relishing the aristocratic setting offered by Abacanto, a 17th century palace surrounded by gardens, fountains and sculptures. The speciality of the house is the fruit juices made from fresh fruit and the softies and milkshakes, also natural.  Conceived as a cocktail bar-club, the atmosphere is that of a private club, making it an irresistible place for lovers of exclusivity.

Le Pirat
Le Pirat, belonging to the Michi Fashion Group, displays inside the shop clothing from fashion shows; from designers like Dolce i Gabbana, Replay, Versace or Moschino in items for men and women. Also available, accessories such as handbags, purses or scarves.

Forum
This is one of the classiest shops in Palma, offering sports clothing and dressy wear for women in brand names like Donna Karan, Plein Sud, Amaya Arzuaga or David Vals. Sports footwear, accessories in leather and an interesting selection of costume jewellery.

From Soller to Palma
The trip from the northwest point of the island to the capital is one of the prettiest scenic sights on the island. The railway line was opened in 1912. Like making a journey through time, the train is exactly like the first of its kind that made this journey, with its tall chimney, old engine and wood panelling. It gives the traveller the opportunity of delighting in the beautiful views, riddled with tunnels, which give one an idea of the difficulties encountered in building this railway line.

Bellver Castle
It is the only circular castle in Spain. Built in 1309, it also houses Palma’s most important museum and is used as a concert auditorium.

Cuevas del Drach
Located on the east coast of the island, this is one of its major attractions. Inside, one can discover one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world, where concerts performing classical music are played daily. The beauty of these caves is highlighted by the clever illumination designed by engineer, Carlos Buigas.

Sa Dragonera Natural Park
Formed by the island of Sa Dragonera and the smaller islets of Es Pantaleu and Na Mitjana, it is located in west Majorca, opposite the village of Sant Elm, in Andratx. Sa Dragonera preserves all its natural charm and has no tourist establishments offering accommodation or restaurants.
